As there are also quite a few Finnish speaking viewers of my blog, I wanted to introduce my new Finnish blog:

The blog will concentrate on topics such as coaching, supervision, dialogism, solution focus etc. Compared to fractalsauna, I will probably focus more on the coaching and supervision (työnohjaus) than organizational development, especially to the constructivist frameworks used in these practices.

The first blog post (“Dialogiset ja ratkaisukeskeiset paradigmat ohjaustyössä“) is about solution focus as postmodern paradigma vs. dialogism as complex paradigma. What are the differences and common nominators when looking at especially the power relations and expertise between the counselor and the client.
